1. Service Description & Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and ShipReady (“we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of our website, web application, APIs, automated vulnerability checks, launch readiness reports, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) server utilities.

By creating an account, running a scan, or accessing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal capacity in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract. When registering an account:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration credentials.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and integration keys.
• You accept full responsibility for all security scans, API calls, and activity executed under your account.

3. Acceptable Use & Target Authorization

Prohibited activities on the ShipReady platform include:

• Scanning third-party infrastructure, websites, or services without explicit authorization from the target owner.
• Using ShipReady for unauthorized penetration testing, vulnerability exploitation, or malicious intelligence gathering.
• Attempting to bypass platform rate limits, reverse-engineer scanning engines, or disrupt system availability for other users.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or bundling scan engine access without written permission from ShipReady.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found violating target authorization requirements without prior notice.

4. Private Beta & Subscription Terms

ShipReady is currently offered free of charge during our Private Beta period. As our platform evolves:

• Features, scan limits, and check definitions may be updated or refined based on developer feedback.
• Paid subscription tiers, expanded check limits, and enterprise features introduced post-beta will feature transparent pricing details before any billing commitment.
• All fees accrued on paid plans will be billed according to chosen billing cycles and are non-refundable except where mandated by law.

ShipReady provides passive, automated heuristic checks designed to surface common security vulnerabilities, configuration gaps, and readiness blockers in AI-built web software prior to launch.

Important Notice:Automated scan results, Launch Readiness scores, and AI fix prompts are provided for informational guidance only. They do not constitute formal security certification, compliance guarantees, or comprehensive manual penetration audits. ShipReady is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShipReady, its founders, employees, and licensing partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the ShipReady platform.
• Undetected security vulnerabilities or security incidents occurring on scanned target applications.
• Decisions or code modifications implemented based on automated scan findings or fix prompts.

8. Termination

You may terminate your agreement with ShipReady at any time by discontinuing use of our services and closing your account. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access to any account that breaches these Terms or engages in unauthorized scanning activity.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to principles of conflicts of law. Any legal claims or disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of applicable courts.
