No. The Free plan scans one project across all ten pillars and gives you your real scores and the full count of what we found — no card, nothing to cancel. You see critical and high-severity findings in full, with evidence and an AI fix prompt. Medium and low findings are counted but not itemised on Free: you will know how many there are, and Pro opens them up along with scan history, comparison, PDF export and re-scanning.

Annual bills once a year at a lower effective monthly rate — Pro is $9/mo billed annually instead of $10, and Max is $25/mo instead of $30. Every price includes tax, and the features are identical either way.

As soon as your payment provider confirms the subscription. Activation is driven by a webhook from Dodo Payments rather than by the page you land on after checkout, so it is correct even if you close the tab.

Yes, at any time. Your dashboard links to a hosted billing portal where you can switch plans, update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel outright.

Every finding is backed by observable evidence collected from your live site — we never report something we cannot show you. We deliberately prefer missing a borderline issue to inventing one, so a short report is a real result rather than a shallow scan.

Nothing is deleted — every scan and report you have run is kept. Downgrading locks all of your projects, and you then unlock as many as your new plan allows, one at a time, from the Locked projects page in your dashboard. A locked project shows only its name and URL until you unlock it, at which point its full report history comes straight back.
